No time? No problem. This workout program features a week’s worth of workouts, all less than 15 minutes long. Squeeze them in during your lunch break and do them almost anywhere. This is a follow along exercise program designed to suit your own levels. As a dancer of many years, I do not recommend working out without prior knowledge, and please be careful following along steps when you feel a pinch or uncomfortable sensation, please be aware of your body and its warnings. Take it easy and consult a doctor or gym/ physical trainer or professional or someone with knowledge to monitor your movement while working out to correct your body form so you will not cause injury or further damage to unknown or known existing problems or starting of bad movement habits or posture. Chiropractors and doctors also can help with guiding you to your movement goals, but trust your body and not what you do not know. Enjoy your work outs, but I did warn you! Be easy and don't over do it! Water and staying clean before and after working out is very important to keep yourself and others from illness of what leaves us when we glisten! Equipment required: Sturdy bed or chair, Kettlebell (optional) Other workouts online consist of chair workouts or beginner, intermediate, moderate, new, advanced, other words to help you with a new level up. Do it! I love you tube for short workouts lasting 5 mins or more! There are so many of us! Muscles have memory so depend on those, or make new memories with training and mental training when you are unable to move. Sitting and thinking of the movement helps you to feel your mistakes and you can train your muscles within your head.
