I went from 173 lbs at Dr Luther’s office (she was fired due to lack of my care) also I went down to 158 on my own then 153 to death with boxing as muscles declined and I was so weak from gas. 

I was friends bridesmaid and she and I were over 140 there and I lost weight quickly from 130 or 125 down to 103 and felt the death before we found gas leak/ after labs and investigations on a blood disorder or existing auto immune disease that caused alopecia areata many years ago with resolving itself after 2018/2019 quit of meds and 12 sales of houses with 15 managed properties.
