I had a service animal for nine years, and she took very good care of me… We went everywhere.
I now have a therapy pet that I am training to be my service animal, and I am taking wonderful care of him. I am able to cook for him and like I was able to do for my angel. He has helped me to stop eating fast food, and to recover from the torture I have given myself with horrible eating habits on medication.
I was unable to do anything or even shower correctly when I was on that medication, but I was able to talk to people peacefully, without being upset no matter what. I couldn’t cry or be so happy either.
Everyone was happy with me, and I was watching myself die.
