New Company Still No Serve

I called my insurance and requested a nurse or doctor ASAP to come to my house that day. They did not follow up with any phone call or respect.


I called my insurance company several times. left messages with people that were reviewing the recorded lines. I also asked that they send me all of my recordings, and I still did not receive them yet from the last time I requested from Melanie as well. I feel like this is the same exact company, and I am not getting any service superior or above any service I was getting before that did not serve me or help me…


The place I was getting help before said I was not able to get the level of care I needed with shock therapy and brain surgery requests, so they moved me on without referrals to specialists and I’ve yet to get any help in many years of trying here on the coast.




Update


I have medical by someone other than realtor care and SSI gave their money to the slum lord recently and so I’ve been homeless using over 100% to spend on hotels and barely enough for meds or needs. My car is broke.


Needing oil and new parts as they will expire soon. I am also without all my belongings so I have only what I need and only a pair of underwear and diapers for now. I have been ok.

Looking for reimbursement and apologies kfor all the mistakes and for allowing me to die on your test.


Texted all workers from Serene health and the insurance company- no follow up after smooth hang up and blame on me for not being accommodated with captions or respect. They promised lunch and I’m still waiting.
