I switched insurance and attached is files of confusion with Molina Healthscares as they struggled to help me and through their own organization and discombobulated systems; where transportation can drop you off on the side of the road when they can’t find an address but can’t get you home, and then Molina makes me attach video link and post on YouTube NOW as I see billboards flashing causing us accidents to get to them! Molina paid for so many radio advertisements in front of me while neglecting me in the same zip code I live!
I switched after driver abused me caught on camera. Molina maybe also neglect them as well and do not tip drivers OBVIOUSLY as they are mean to us and rude- unwilling to accommodate you or your clients Ms Molina and Mr. Still waiting as I requested their lawyer and charge per hour in waiting happily as I mentioned on many of their training purpose recorded lines and my surveillance in my business of advocacy and voice for my communication disaster. The Operator at Molina yelled at me and hung up as well as on SSI phone care agent saying annoyingly, “Has it ever occurred to you that you don’t need any help?” With a hang up in my face after 45 minute waits even to get back online to tell him that I’m actually already a client. I have been a broken record asking for services and referrals and nobody is hearing me daily and most days all daily mad and yelling back then when writing this.
I even on sick day thought for a second to check if I might actually be a ghost or invisible. It turned out to be another gas leak and in my own home after this.
